INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 small lime, peeled
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • 1 banana, peeled and cored
  • 1 tablespoon of  Golden Harvest Organic  Chia seeds
  • 2 cups borecole ( Kale) stems removed
  • 1 tin ( 400ml/ 200ml)  Golden Harvest Organic  coconut milk

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Soak the chia seeds for few minutes
  2. Add Coconut milk to the blender
  3. Followed by the fruits
  4. Blend until the smoothie is creamy
  5. Add soaked Chia seeds
