  1. take 2 cups of cornmeal and pulverize the cornmeal for 5-10 minutes in the food processor.
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 1 1/2 cups of plain greek yogurt
  4. 1 teaspoon of salt
  5. 1 teaspoon baking soda
  6. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  7. 2 tablespoons of sugar
  8. 1 cup of whole milk
  9. 4 tablespoons of melted Organic Virgin Coconut oil


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. And add dry ingredients to cornmeal (point 4 to 6 mentioned above) and mix it well and then add wet ingredients and mix it well again.

Place the batter in an 8 x 8 pan lined with parchment paper and bake for 25 minutes at 400. remove from oven and let it cool.

Please note you can also use sour cream instead of greek yogurt.

Your delicious, moist and crispy Cornmeal bread is ready to serve.
